Integrity Elevator Inspections was founded to close the gaps in communication, customer service and reliability that leave Florida property managers chasing inspection reports and certificates.
Why we started
Too many inspection companies are brought onto a property by the elevator contractor they are inspecting. The building pays for the inspection either way, but the inspector's loyalty is split from the start.
We spent our careers inside the elevator industry, in the field as mechanics and modernization technicians, and in the office building and running an elevator company's sales and account management. We kept hearing the same question from property managers: "When will we get our certificate?"
IEI is our answer. We work only for the building. We plan every inspection months ahead, help you get ready for inspection day, and follow through with the authority having jurisdiction until the certificate is in hand.
