Frequently asked questions
When do Broward County elevator certificates expire?
July 31 each year. Renewals paid on or after August 1 incur a late fee, so we schedule inspections well before the deadline.
Can IEI handle inspections across all of our Broward buildings?
Yes. We keep one certificate calendar per property and per unit, schedule each inspection at least 60 days before expiration, and handle the AHJ filing for every building.
