Frequently asked questions
Is my Miami building under the City of Miami or Miami-Dade County?
It depends on whether the property is inside City of Miami limits. Many addresses with a "Miami" mailing city are in unincorporated Miami-Dade or another municipality. We confirm the correct AHJ for every property.
Can IEI handle inspections across all of our Miami buildings?
Yes. We keep one certificate calendar per property and per unit, schedule each inspection at least 60 days before expiration, and handle the AHJ filing for every building.
